- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from a Recognized University in India.
- Uttarakhand Domicile OR Registration in the Employment Office located in Uttarakhand State OR Passed High School and Intermediate from Uttarakhand OR Spouse or parents who are regular employees of Uttarakhand.
