- Officer: Engineering degree/MBA/CA/CMA with 60% marks and 2 years of experience.
- Chief Manager: CA/CMA/PGDM/MBA (Finance) with 19 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager: Degree/PG Diploma (Communication/Advertising & Communication Management/Public Relations/Mass Communication/Journalism) or MBA/MSW or B.Sc. (Agri) + M.Sc. (Agriculture) or BSc.Agri/B.Tech + MBA/PGDBM with 60% marks and 7 years of experience.
- Officer: LLB with 5 years of experience.
