Educational Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, with preference given to candidates with a degree in Law.
- Should have successfully completed either:
- Government Commercial Certificate Examination (GCC-TBC), or
- Government Board-administered examination or obtained a Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC), or
- Completed an I.T.I. program for English Typing with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Must hold a Computer Certificate demonstrating proficiency in operating Word Processor in both Windows and Linux, as well as in M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar7, and Open Office Org. The certificate must be obtained from one of the following Institutes:
- Universities established under the Maharashtra Universities Act of 1994
- Goa/Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education
- NIC – National Informatics Centre
- DATAPRO – Data Processing Professionals
- DOEACC – Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses
- SSI – Small Scale Industries
- APTECH – Aptech Computer Education
- BOSTON – Boston Computer Institute
- NIIT – National Institute of Information Technology
- CEDIT – Centre for Development of Imaging Technology
- C-DAC – Centre for Development of Advanced Computing
- MS-CIT – Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology
- Certificate/Qualification regarding Computer knowledge specified in Government Resolutions dated 04/02/2013, 08/01/2018, and 16/07/2018 issued by the Information Technology (GAD) Department of Government of Maharashtra.
